Submission System Update

Submit all new manuscripts through the new L&H submission system
All new submissions to L&H Scientific Publishing journals must now be made through the new submission system. Manuscripts already submitted through Editorial Manager will continue to be processed there until the editorial process is complete.
Publication Mission
L&H exists to make rigorous peer-reviewed work easier to disseminate, discover, and preserve without letting commercial pressure define the purpose of publication. The press operates with a cost-conscious model and a community of editors, reviewers, authors, and volunteers who share responsibility for maintaining scholarly standards.
Our goal is practical and scientific: provide reliable publication services, fair access for readers and institutions, and a professional home for specialist research communities that value quality, continuity, and direct communication among scientists.
